Developed, designed, selected lists, trafficked, oversaw production and analyzed results for all direct-mail campaigns in 5 Boch dealerships and Subaru of New England Distributor. Designed over 30 newspaper print advertisements weekly. Ensured all print adhered to manufacturer coop standards.
Managed in-house digital printing of service reminders, reducing production costs by $60k annually, increasing response rates over 30% and gross profits by almost $50k/month

Worked directly with clients from concept to final design for all agency advertising. Responsible for training and monitoring art room staff, hiring and scheduling freelance designers, maintaining client brand standards, and trafficking projects through the creative process. Developed and ran the Desk Top Publishing Center, including conversion from paste-up. Oversaw photo shoots, pre-press and printing.
Primary client focus was in high-tech business-to-business direct mail and catalog production.
